Blind, Shade, & Drapery Cleaning
We use two different cleaning techniques depending on the style, size, condition, and material of your window coverings:
ULTRASONIC CLEANING
This is a gentle, extremely thorough, and very fast cleaning technique. It uses high frequency sound waves transmitted through a cleaning solution. The high frequency sound waves produce millions of microscopic bubbles. These bubbles form and implode on every nook and cranny of the immersed window covering, literally liquefying the dirt in every crevice. Window coverings are then moved to a rinse tank and dried. You will be AMAZED at the results! Ultrasonic cleaning works great with most hard window treatments, such as venetian blinds, mini blinds, and vertical blinds.
INJECTION/EXTRACTION CLEANING
This is the preferred method of cleaning for most types of fabric shades, drapery, or extremely large window coverings. Our technicians are trained in the proper techniques of injection/extraction cleaning.

Silhouettes / Sheer Shades
These shades are beautiful, top-of-the line window treatments. They are our most popular window treatment to clean, and customers are amazed at the difference. Sheer shades get dingy over time and can be restored. We are trained Certified Fabricare Specialists (CFS). This is the only certification Hunter Douglas recommends to its customers for blind cleaning, and it provides the professional network and experience to allow us to tackle most complex window treatment cleaning projects.
Luminette / Sheer Vertical Shades
Luminettes are beautiful, delicate shades. Over time they become dingy in color and require cleaning. Injection/Extraction cleaning is the preferred method. Our cleaning process restores the original beauty of these shades and will not wrinkle or distort the shade.
Mini-Blinds / Horizontal Blinds / Slim Shades
These are any blinds with individual slats connected by cord and hung from a headrail:
Metal - Wood - Faux Wood - Plastic
Ultrasonic cleaning cleans slats, cords, and head rails. It makes a difficult job much easier!
Honeycomb / Cellular Shades
We clean all types of cellular shades. Cellular shades absorb a lot of dust and dirt, discoloring the shade. Ultrasonic and Injection/Extraction cleaning are both effective methods of cleaning. We restring cellular shades too.
Pleated Shades / Accordion Shades
Pleated Shades can be made from a variety of materials. Our cleaning process can safely restore the beauty of these shades. We can repair broken cords too.
Vertical Blinds

We can make this difficult cleaning project easy. Ultrasonic cleaning works wonders on restoring and cleaning vertical blinds.
Roller Shades / Sun Screens
Roller Shades have been making a comeback in popularity the last several years. This can be a tough shade to clean when food and debris get stuck in between the weave of the shade. Ultrasonic and Injection/Extraction cleaning can work miracles on cleaning these shades.
Roman, Pirouette, Vignette Shades
These are some of the more unique and difficult to clean shades a business or home owner may have. Our injection/extraction cleaning techniques can clean these shades up no problem. Any color, any design, we can clean them.
